创新创业教育视角下高校复合型教师队伍的发展研究

Research on the Development of Compound Teachers in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

创新创业教育是我国高等教育关注的重点领域,通过在高校复合型教师的队伍建设中引入创新创业教育概念,可以发现在教师培养中存在的问题。同时,提供有利于复合型教师发展的有效对策,即培养教师的信息素养,提高教师的竞技水平,增强教师的复合能力,从而推动高校教育教学改革,提升协同育人的实效,发挥示范引领作用,构建具有新时代中国特色的复合型教师发展体系。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the focus of higher education in China.By introducing the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the construction of compound teachers in colleges and universities,problems in teacher training can be found.At the same time,some effective measures are provided for compound teacher development,including cultivating the teachers’information literacy,and improving the competitive level of teachers,enhancing teachers’composite ability,so as to promote the university education teaching reform,effectiveness of collaborative education and give full play to the role of demonstration and guidance,build with new era Chinese characteristics of the compound system of teacher development.
