摘要
课程思政是高校教师落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。高校护理专业教师是落实护理专业课程思政育人功能的关键因素。通过分析部分高校护理专业教师在课程思政教学中存在的思想政治素养不高、挖掘思政元素能力不足、教学方法单一等问题,探索了提升护理专业教师课程思政素养的路径,即提高护理专业教师的思想政治素养、深入挖掘课程思政元素、创新教学方法、完善评价激励机制以及加强顶层设计。
Curriculum ideology and politics is an effective way for college teachers to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality.Nursing teachers in colleges and universities are the key factors to implement the function of curriculum ideology and politics of nursing professional courses.This paper analyzes the problems of low ideological and political literacy,insufficient ability to tap ideological and political elements,and single teaching methods in the curriculum ideology and politics.The path of improving teachers’curriculum ideological and political literacy is explored:improve nursing professional teachers’ideological and political literacy,dig deep into curriculum ideological and political elements,innovate teaching methods,improve evaluation and incentive mechanism,strengthen top-level design.
