园艺复合型人才培养的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Compound Talents in Horticulture

产业兴旺是实现乡村振兴的关键所在,乡村振兴的关键在人,探索发展农村经济的新型农业复合型人才培养模式意义重大。结合园艺专业培养目标及社会对于园艺复合型人才的需求,以西北农林科技大学园艺学院为例,围绕立德树人使命践行、师资队伍建设、课程方案设计、双课堂教育培养等方面进行重点探讨。实践表明,这些措施运用在园艺专业农业推广硕士教育方面,可以有效提高学生的综合素质,培养一批爱农业、懂技术、善经营的园艺新型人才。

Industrial prosperity is the key to realizing rural revitalization and human resource plays an important role in rural revitalization.It is of great significance to explore a training mode for agricultural compound talents to develop rural economy.Considering the cultivation goals of horticulture and the social demand for compound talents,now we focus on the training program of College of Horticulture in Northwest A&F University from four aspects:the implementation of the mission for building morality and cultivating talents,the construction of teaching staff,the design of curriculum scheme and the double-class education,etc.The practice shows that these measures can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of postgraduates of agricultural extension in Horticulture and educates a large number of compound talents,who love agriculture,master technology and are proficient in management.
