应用型本科工商管理类专业育人模式探索——基于产教、专创双融合视角

Exploration on the Educational Mode of Business Administration Specialities in Application-oriented Colleges—Based on the Integrations of Industry-Education and Specialty-Innovation

全面建成社会主义现代化强国需要大批高素质管理人才,但应用型本科工商管理类专业人才培养与市场需求存在不匹配的问题。为解决应用型本科工商管理类专业人才培养存在的问题,文章基于产教融合与专创融合的视角,构建政府、高校和企业三元协同,培养方案、课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍、考核激励五轮驱动的育人模式,以培养满足国家和地方经济社会需要、掌握现代经济管理知识与技能的应用型、复合型、创新型人才。

A large number of high-quality management talents are needed to fully build a modern socialist country,but there is a gap between the education of business administration specialities in application-oriented colleges and the market demand.In order to solve the problems existing in the talent training of application-oriented undergraduate business administration specialities,based on the integrations of industry-education and specialty-innovation,this paper builds a five-wheel-drive education model of tripartite-cooperation among the government,colleges and enterprises,including training programs,curriculum systems,teaching methods,faculty,and assessment and motivation.It can help to cultivate applied,composite and innovative talents who will meet the needs of national and local economic and social development,and master modern economic management knowledge and skills.
