产教融合视域下应用型本科专业优化路径与实践——以资源循环科学与工程专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对应用型本科专业建设存在的专业人才供给与产业需求匹配配度不高、人才知识结构体系与岗位要求的融合度不足、企业在专业评价体系与产教融合过程中的参与度不够等问题,以资源循环科学与工程专业为例,提出产教融合视域下应用型本科专业应从课程内容、实施以及运行机制和评估体系等方面深化产教融合,推动和完善产教融合协同育人体系,为地方应用型人才培养提供满足新时代需求的人才培养路径。 In view of the problems existing in the construction of application-oriented undergraduate specialities,such as the low matching degree between the supply of professional talents and the industrial demand,the lack of integration degree between the knowledge structure system of talents and job requirements,and the lack of participation of enterprises in the process of professional evaluation system and the integration of industry and education,this paper,taking Resource Recycling Science and Engineering Speciality as an example,proposes the optimization paths for applied undergraduate majors from the perspective of industry education integration.It is also suggested that we should deepen the integration of production and education from the aspects of course content,implementation,operation mechanism and evaluation system,promote and improve the collaborative education system of production and education integration,and provide local applied talents training paths to meet the needs of the new era.
