摘要
近年来,我国数字经济快速发展过程中出现数字能力和数字素养差异所带来的数字化红利不平等现象,制约着共同富裕目标的实现。采用内生增长模型研究人力资本变动及人力资本与数字资本相互作用对数字资本回报的影响,并通过逆向积分模拟方法考察数字资本与人力资本比率以及不同部门的人力资本分配份额在经济发展中的动态调整过程,结果表明:在经济发展过程中,数字资本与人力资本的供需将趋于平衡,且人力资本的相对重要性更高,人力资本越高的经济系统越有助于数字资本的不断提升;优化人力资本在各部门的分配,有助于协调人力资本与数字资本的互动关系和更充分地发挥数字资本的作用;通过教育投入等方式增加对人力资本的补贴将提升数字资本的相对回报,对经济发展和再分配具有重要意义。
The results of endogenous growth model show that:First,in the process of economic development,the supply and demand of digital capital and human capital will tend to balance,though the latter is more important;an economic system with higher human capital is more conducive to the continuous improvement of digital capital;Second,optimizing the distribution of human capital among various departments is conducive to coordinating the interactive relationship between human capital and digital capital and giving a thorough play to the role of digital capital;Third,increasing subsidies for human capital through investment in education will enhance the relative return of digital capital,which is of great significance for economic development and redistribution.
