摘要
近年来,随着我国交通运输基础设施建设的不断推进,横跨通航水道的大桥日益增加,由于各种因素干扰,船只碰撞大桥的可能性日益增大,且事故频发。为克服传统防撞装置的不足,需要提供一种能解决其问题的新型技术方案。文章首先对折纸型蜂窝铝板的结构特性及制作工艺进行了简要介绍,再通过有限元分析对其防撞性能做了研究,给桥梁防撞结构设计提供了有益参考,最后提供了一种兼顾实用性与经济性的桥梁防撞设施。
In recent years,due to the continuous advancement of transportation infrastructure construction in China,the number of bridges crossing navigable waterways is increasing.Due to various factors,the possibility of ships colliding with bridges is increasing,and accidents occur frequently.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional anti-collision devices,it is necessary to provide a new technical solution that can solve their problems.The article first briefly introduces the structural characteristics and manufacturing process of the origami honeycomb aluminum plate,and then studies its anti-collision performance through finite element analysis,providing a useful reference for the design of bridge anti-collision structures,thereby providing a bridge anti-collision facility that combines practicality and economy.
