公共技术服务平台是企业技术创新的源头,是聚焦地方产业发展、服务企业科技创新的重要载体。文章主要分析研究了部分地区公共技术服务平台的建设模式和各建设主体的功能定位,结合德州实际,提出平台建设原则,并且从建设主体、提升平台服务能力、扩大平台共享群体、强化制度建设和绩效评估等方面提出在德州建设和运行公共技术服务平台的有效对策建议。

The public technology service platform is the source of enterprise technological innovation,and an important carrier for focusing on local industrial development and serving enterprise technological innovation.This article mainly analyzes and studies the construction mode of public technology service platforms in some regions and the functional positioning of various construction entities.Based on the actual situation in Dezhou,it proposes platform construction principles,and proposes effective countermeasures and suggestions for building and operating public technology service platforms in Dezhou from the perspectives of construction entities,improving platform service capabilities,expanding platform sharing groups,strengthening institutional construction,and performance evaluation.
