扬州市江都区“十三五”矿产资源规划实施评价研究与对策探究

Research on evaluation and countermeasures for the implementation of the“13th Five-Year Plan”mineral resources planning in Jiangdu district of Yangzhou city

扬州市江都区“十三五”矿产资源规划对能源资源安全保障、构建矿业绿色高质量发展格局、加快矿产资源开发利用及管理工作转变等发挥了重要的指导和引领作用。文章通过评价研究,总结规划实施的成效,并对存在问题与不足进行梳理分析,为下一轮矿产资源规划编制提出了有效的对策建议。

The“13th Five-Year Plan”for mineral resources in Jiangdu district,Yangzhou city has played an important leading and guiding role in ensuring the safety of energy sources,building a green and high-quality development pattern of mining industry,and accelerating the transformation of mineral resources utilization and management.Through the study on the evaluation of the implementation of the plan,this paper summarized the implementation results,sorted out and analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the next round plan for mineral resources.
