企业信用评级制度可有效防范资金供需双方的信息不对称,化解道德风险和逆向选择,是我国社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分。本文通过研究规范化的韩国信用评级市场,分析其等级分布与变动趋势、现金持有量等评价制度,准确预测企业违约行为,对完善我国信用评级制度、促进债券市场良性发展、防范“供应链”金融风险具有借鉴意义。

The corporate credit rating system is an important part of the construction of our social credit system,which can effectively prevent the Information asymmetry between supply and demand of funds,and resolve moral hazard and adverse selection.This paper studies the standardized Korean credit rating market,analyzes its rating distribution and changing trend,cash holdings and other evaluation systems to accurately predict corporate default behavior,it can be used for reference to perfect our country's credit rating system,promote the sound development of bond market and prevent“Supply chain”financial risks.
