重庆地区既有住宅形式及能耗特征的类型学分析

TYPOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF EXISTING RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FORMS AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN CHONGQING

摘要 针对既有住宅存量大、节能改造难以规模化的问题,本文采用类型学方法分析既有住宅形式及能耗特征,据此对同类住宅进行节能改造可有效提高改造效率。以夏热冬冷地区重庆为例,对市内385栋住宅形式信息进行调研及统计,通过住宅形式参数与住宅能耗的相关性分析,筛选出原型住宅分类标准,进而采用聚类分析定义9种原型住宅。对9种原型住宅的能耗分析结果显示:不同类型的住宅能耗差别大,能耗最高的类型是能耗最低的2.26倍;既有住宅制冷能耗普遍高于其制热能耗。研究结论可为重庆地区确定既有住宅的分类改造要点和针对性改造措施提供参考。
