摘要
提升新生代农民工的社会融合水平是促进以人为核心的新型城镇化的关键任务,更是推动城乡协调发展、促进共同富裕的重要举措。基于社会融合理论,从经济、文化、行为和心理四个维度考察了新生代农民工社会融合现状,实证分析了人力资本、社区参与和制度保障三方面因素对新生代农民工社会融合的影响。研究发现:样本地区新生代农民工社会融合水平不高,存在性别和流入地的差异;人力资本、社区参与和制度保障对新生代农民工社会融合具有显著正向影响。要加强职业教育和培训,提升新生代农民工的人力资本;发挥社区引导作用,激励新生代农民工参与社区活动;消除制度障碍,加大对新生代农民工的政策保障力度。
Improving the social integration of new-generation migrant workers is a key to promoting a new people-orientated urbanization,and also an important initiative to promote the coordinated development and common prosperity of urban and rural areas.Based on social integration theory,this paper examines the current social integration of new-generation migrant workers in four dimensions:economic,cultural,behavioral and psychological,and empirically analyzes the influence of three factors:human capital,community participation and institutional guarantee.It finds that the social integration of new-generation migrant workers in the sample areas is not high,and there are differences in gender and place of inflow;that human capital,community participation and institutional security have significant positive effects.It is necessary to strengthen vocational education and training to improve the human capital of new-generation migrant workers,to encourage new-generation migrant workers to participate in community activities,to eliminate institutional barriers and to increase the policy guarantee for new-generation migrant workers.
