摘要
[目的]研究低氮胁迫对谷子苗期表型性状的影响。[方法]以9份来源不同的谷子品种为材料,分析不同氮素处理(0.2、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0 mM)下,各品种苗期表型性状,包括株高、根长、茎粗、地上部及地下部干/鲜重、叶宽等,明确不同谷子品种对低氮胁迫的响应,评价各品种的耐低氮能力。[结果]低氮胁迫下,9个谷子品种苗期根长均表现为增加的趋势,而株高和干重存在一定的下降;通过分析各品种不同性状的耐低氮系数,共筛选获得3份耐低氮能力较强的品种,分别为豫谷1号、承谷12、公谷61号。[结论]可为深入分析谷子耐低氮特性提供参考依据。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of low nitrogen stress on the seedling phenotypic traits.[Method]9 different millet varieties were used as material in this study.Seedling phenotypic traits under different nitrogen treatment(0.2,0.5,1,2,5 mM),including plant height,root length,stem diameter,dry/fresh weight of aboveground and underground,blade width were measured to know the low nitrogen stress response of each variety and then evaluation of each type of low nitrogen tolerance ability.[Result]The results showed that under low nitrogen stress,root length of 9 millet varieties showed an increasing trend at seedling stage,while plant height and dry weight decreased to some extent.By analyzing the low nitrogen tolerance coefficient of different characters of each variety,a total of 3 varieties with strong low nitrogen tolerance were screened,which were Yugu 1,Chenggu 12 and Gonggu 61,respectively.[Conclusion]The results could provide basis for the further analysis of the characteristics of millet tolerance to low nitrogen.
