关于构建日照烟区抗旱减灾长效机制的思考

Thoughts on Establishing Long-term Mechanism of Drought Resistance and Disaster Reduction in Rizhao Tobacco-growing Areas

干旱灾害对日照烟区的烟叶生产造成了不良影响,一定程度上制约了日照烟叶生产的持续健康发展。该文通过对日照烟区的水资源状况、设施配套、灌溉机具、灌溉模式等内容深入调研,提出符合日照烟区实际的相关措施,初步构建了日照烟区的抗旱长效机制。

Drought disaster had bad effect on tobacco production in Rizhao tobacco-growing area,which had restricted the sustainable and healthy development of tobacco production to a certain extent.Based on the in-depth investigation of water resources,facilities,irrigation equipment and irrigation mode in Rizhao tobacco-growing area,the author put forward relevant measures in line with the actual situation of Rizhao tobacco-growing area,the long-term mechanism of drought resistance was established in Rizhao tobacco-growing areas.
