社区居家养老模式的发展现状、存在问题及对策研究--基于南充市的实地调查

Research on the Development Status,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Community Home Care Model:Based on Field Investigation in Nanchong Cit

我国已经进入中度老龄化社会,南充市老年人口总数及占比更是位于全国前列,老龄事业发展任重而道远。文章通过走访调查、座谈会等研究方法,探讨了南充市社区居家养老服务的发展现状及现实困境,从政策引导、资金保障、需求导向、人才培养、资源整合、模式创新和价格管理等方面提出了推进社区居家养老服务高质量发展的建议。

China has entered a medium aging society and the total population and proportion of the aged in Nanchong city is in the front row of the country.The aging cause development has a long way to go.Through the research methods of visiting,investigation,symposium and so on,this paper discusses the development status and realistic predicament of community home care service in Nanchong.Centering on how to promote the development of community home care service in Nanchong,from the policy guidance,fund guarantee,demand orientation,talent training,resource integration,model innovation and price management,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of community home care service,so as to promote the development of community care service better and faster.
