“人寿与健康保险”课程具有理论与实践相结合的特点,根据课程思政建设目标的要求,本文探索该课程的思政元素,以及如何将其融入教学实践。将课程内容分为具体的八大知识模块,分别探索不同的思政元素及其教学设计,形成以各知识板块为主体的知识培养目标,同时将该课程的传统教学目标优化为包含专业知识与理论应用、创新能力、价值追求三位一体的多层次全方位教学目标,并进一步创新教学方式,不断提高教师的课程思政素养,以落实课程思政建设的精神,充分发挥课堂作为思政育人第一动力的作用,以培养高素质的保险专业人才。

The course of life and health insurance has the characteristics of combining theory with practice.According to the requirements of the ideological and political construction goal of curriculum,this paper explores the ideological and political elements of the course and how to integrate them into teaching practice.We divide the course content into eight specific knowledge modules,explore different ideological and political elements and their teaching design,form a knowledge training goal with each knowledge module as the main body;and optimize the traditional teaching goal of the course as a multi-level and all-round teaching goal that includes the trinity of professional knowledge and theoretical application,innovation ability,and value pursuit;and further innovate the teaching methods,and continuously improve teachers'ideological and political literacy of the course.In order to train insurance professionals with high quality,we should implement the spirit of ideological and political construction of curriculum and give full play to the role of the classroom as the first power of ideological and political education.
