三尖瓣反流预后评估的研究进展

Research progress in prognostic evaluation of tricuspid regurgitation

三尖瓣反流是一种临床较为常见的心脏瓣膜病。中度及以上三尖瓣反流可能引发或加重右心衰竭,影响患者的生活质量及远期预后。然而,三尖瓣反流的预后因素和最佳干预治疗时机尚不明确。近年来一系列研究表明,部分临床特征、生物标志物和影像学指标对三尖瓣反流患者预后评估有一定价值,可能指导临床危险分层,以及三尖瓣外科或介入治疗决策中患者筛选和干预时机的确定。本文就三尖瓣反流患者预后评估的研究进展作一综述。

Tricuspid regurgitation(TR)is a common subtype of valvular heart disease in clinical practice.Moderate or greater TR can induce or exacerbate right heart failure and lead to poor quality of life and impaired long-term survival of the patients.However,little is known about prognostic factors and the optimal timing for tricuspid valve intervention.In recent years,a growing body of evidence has suggested that some clinical characteristics,biomarkers and imaging indexes play roles in prognostic evaluation in patients with TR.These indexes may assist in clinical risk stratification and guide patient selection as well as the decision-making of timing for tricuspid valve intervention and operative approach.The article summarizes the existing literatures on prognostic evaluation of the patients with TR.
