知识产权视角下我国锂离子电池正极材料回收行业发展探讨

摘要 锂离子电池的应用愈来愈广泛,锂电池的正极材料可在新电池之中重复使用,回收锂离子电池中有价金属,不仅可以降低企业成本,还能够减少环境污染、缓解资源匮乏,具有重要的社会意义和经济意义。本文基于专利检索数据和产业调研数据,通过检索、人工降噪和筛选统计全球锂离子电池材料回收技术的相关专利申请,对该技术领域专利情况和产业发展情况进行梳理分析,发现动力电池、消费类电池和储能电池对正极材料的需求和出货量持续稳定增长,强劲的政策利好和旺盛的市场需求将支撑正极材料走向黄金发展期。 The application of lithium-ion battery is more and more widespread.The positive electrode material of lithium battery can be reused in the new battery.Recycling the valuable metal in lithium-ion battery can not only reduce the cost of enterprises,but also reduce environmental pollution and alleviate the shortage of resources,which has important social and economic significance.Based on the patent retrieval data and industry survey data,through retrieval and artificial noise reduction and screening of statistical global lithium ion battery materials recycling technologies related patent applications,patent situation of the technology and industrial development situation of carding analysis,found that power battery,consumer batteries and energy storage battery to the demand of the cathode material and the steady shipments,strong policy favorable and exuberant market demand will support positive electrode materials to the golden period of development.
