摘要
甘薯是重要的粮食作物,在世界范围内被广泛种植。随着全球不可再生资源的加剧匮乏,材料学和生命科学的快速兴起,甘薯的研究、应用领域也得到了进一步的拓展和深化。近年来,甘薯生物活性成分的功能特性成为研究的热点。本文对近年来国内外学者对从甘薯中提取的纤维素、甘薯多糖、糖蛋白、酚类、醛类、醇类等生物活性成分在抗氧化和诱发糖尿病、高血糖、高血脂以及肿瘤等体内外实验中所取得的研究进展和成果进行综述。通过对这些最新研究成果的梳理,可为相关院校、科研院所和企业单位提供相应参考。
Sweet potato is one of the most important food crops and is widely cultivated in the world.With the increasing scarcity of non-renewable resources in the world,the rapid rise of materials science and life science,the research and application fields of sweet potato have also been further expanded and deepened.In recent years,the functional properties of sweet potato bioactive components have become a research hotspot.In this paper,the research progress and achievements in recent years on in vitro and in vivo experiments,such as antioxidant and induced diabetes,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and tumor by cellulose,sweet potato polysaccharide,glycoprotein,phenols,aldehydes,alcohols and other bioactive components extracted from sweet potato were reviewed.By sorting out these latest research results,relevant search references could be provided for relevant universities,research institutes and enterprises.
