民法典融入思想道德与法治课教学路径研究

民法典在中国特色社会主义法治体系中具有重要地位,是一部固根本、稳预期、利长远的基础性法律。民法典的法治教育融入大学生思政课程是深入贯彻习近平法治思想的重要体现,是建设法治国家、法治政府和法治社会的必然要求,是提升大学生法治意识和法治素养的重要载体。《思想道德与法治》是作为高校大学生公共必修课程是立德树人的关键课程,是大学生树立三观的重要课程,特别是在讲授《思想道德与法治》课程第六章时,从课程讲授内容融入民法典的内容、开展法治校园建设、法治实践活动、创新法治宣传方式等路径,对提升大学生法治素养、增强法治意识具有重要的意义。

The civil code plays an important role in the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,and is a basic law that strengthens the foundation,stabilizes expectations and benefits the long-term.The integration of the rule of law education of civil code into the ideological and political courses of college students is an important embodiment of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,an inevitable requirement for building a law-based country,a law-based government and a law-based society,and an important carrier for improving college students'awareness and literacy of the rule of law.Ideological Morality and Rule of Law is a public compulsory course for college students,a key course for moral education and an important course for college students to establish three views.Especially when teaching Chapter VI of Ideological Morality and Rule of Law,it integrates the content of the course into the content of the civil code,carries out law-based campus construction,law-based practical activities,and innovates law-based publicity methods.It is of great significance to improve the literacy and consciousness of the rule of law of college students.
