精密指令压力活门加工工艺研究

Research on Processing Technology of Precision Command Pressure Valve

摘要 通过对航空发动机燃油附件中精密指令压力活门的加工工艺进行浅析,对高精度、高硬度、粗糙度Ra0.05μm以上带扁的非整圆周活门,从优化工艺流程、分析耐热钢4Cr14Ni14W2Mo材料的加工性能,砂轮材质的选择,加工参数及数控程序的编制等多个方面进行试验验证,保证了零件加工质量,提高了零件加工效率。 The processing technology of precise command pressure valve in the fuel accessories of aeroengine was analyzed.For the non-integrated circular valve with high precision,high hardness and roughness Ra0.05 and above,test and verify various aspects,such as optimizing the process flow,analyzing the machinability of heat-resistant steel 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo,selecting grinding wheel material,programming machining parameters and numerical control program.The processing quality of parts was ensured.The part processing efficiency was improved.
