摘要 介绍了钢管接箍智能加工线中的全自动运输系统。利用桁架机器人代替叉车或者吊车,将分散在加工车间内的每道工序和设备衔接起来满足接箍加工车间的工艺流程需要;利用自动检测装置或者自动测量仪表对接箍短坯或者接箍车坯的外形尺寸进行自动测量,对加工后的接箍螺纹进行自动检测并发出信号和传输数据,实现高自动化和智能化生产操作。 Elaborated here in the article is the full-automation transportation system as used in the intelligent processing line of the steel pipe coupling that adopts the truss robot instead of the of the forklift or the crane to connect each operation procedure and equipment as separately arranged in the processing workshop so as to meet the need by the process flow of the coupling processing workshop.The automatic detection device or the automatic measuring instrument is used to automatically measure the overall dimension of the coupling short blank or the coupling turned blank,and to automatically detect the processed coupling thread,and then send signals and transmit data,so as to realize high automation and intelligent pro-duction operation.
