山区煤矿地质灾害危险性评估的必要性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 贵州山区地质灾害发育,煤矿开采具有范围广、规模大、采掘活动剧烈且周期长等特点。以加强山区煤矿地质灾害危险性评估的针对性、指导性、可操作性、时效性从而切实保护人民群众的生命财产安全为目的,通过结合贵州山区煤矿地形地貌特点或煤矿实例,提出了针对新建矿井应分地段、分状态、分工况进行直接、间接的评估并应特别注意评估山体变形导致各地段加载后不同工况的稳定性及对周边环境的影响,针对生产矿井应注意落实到具体工作面并考虑影响范围延伸的评估方法,结果证明开展山区煤矿地质灾害危险性评估具有重要的意义,并得出了应将地质灾害危险性评估结论纳入煤矿可行性研究报告的结论。 With the development of geological disasters in Guizhou mountainous area,the coal mining has the characteristics of wide range,large scale,intense mining activity and long period.The aim is to strengthen the pertinence,guidance,operability and timeliness of risk assessment of geological disasters in mountain areas,so as to effectively protect the lives and property of the people,by combining the features of coal mine landform in Guizhou mountainous area or the examples of coal mine,it is pointed out that the new mine should be evaluated directly and indirectly according to different sections,different states and different working conditions,and special attention should be paid to the evaluation of the stability of different working conditions caused by mountain deformation and its influence on the surrounding environment,in view of the evaluation method that the production mine should pay attention to implement to the concrete working face and consider the extension of the influence scope,the result proves that it is of great significance to carry out the risk evaluation of the geological hazards in mountain area coal mine,the conclusion that the risk assessment of geological hazards should be included in the feasibility study report of coal mine is drawn.
