摘要
锂离子电池在循环过程中由于持续的界面副反应,会引起容量衰降和内阻增加。为了缩短寿命测试时间,提高电池开发迭代速度,基于P2D模型和EC在负极表面分解的机理构建了锂离子电池寿命预测模型,通过18650电池循环寿命测试数据验证,该模型对于100%放电深度(DOD)循环容量保持率的预测误差小于2%,能够利用少量的寿命测试数据对电池的长期寿命进行快速预测。
Side reaction during cycles cause capacity decreasing and internal resistance increasing.In order to decrease the life testing time,this paper developed a life prediction model based on P2D model and EC decomposition on negative electrode.Verified by life test data of 18650 cells,the error of the life prediction model is less than 2%.The life of lithium ion batteries can be predicted by small amount of life test data using the model.
