球类运动干预孤独症患者的影响研究进展

Research Progress on the Influence of Ball Game Intervention on Patients with Autism

该文通过Web of science、Pubmed、Springer Online Journals、中国知网等数据库对近十年球类运动干预孤独症文献进行检索,根据纳入标准筛选出15篇文献进行分析。结论:15篇纳入文献均证明球类运动干预对孤独症个体有较好效果。主要通过小篮球、足球、网球等球类运动进行每周1~5次的干预频率,每次持续时间为40~60min,总持续时间为6~18周的中等强度干预,从而提高孤独症患者核心症状、身体素质、运动技能和社交能力。但当前研究仍存在运动处方不完整,干预效果维持期不确定等问题。故未来孤独症运动干预方案可借助多学科交叉融合,建构更客观的评价标准和科学的运动处方,探寻最佳干预年龄,以期在体医融合背景下对孤独症患者进行更好的治疗。

This paper searches literature of ball games intervening autism in the past decade through Web of science,Pubmed,Springer Online Journals,CNKI and other databases,and selects 15 articles for analysis according to the inclusion criteria.Conclusion:Fifteen included articles proves that ball game intervention has a good effect on individuals with autism.The moderate intensity intervention is mainly conducted through ball sports such as small basketball,football and tennis,with the intervention frequency of 1~5 times a week,each duration of 40~60 minutes and the total duration of 6~18 weeks,so as to improve core symptoms,physical fitness,sports skills and social ability of patients with autism.However,there are still problems in current studies such as the incomplete exercise prescription and uncertain maintenance period of intervention effect.Therefore,the future sports intervention program for autism can construct the more objective evaluation criteria and scientific exercise prescription with the help of multidisciplinary integration,and explore the optimal intervention age,in order to provide better treatment for patients with autism under the background of sports-medicine integration.
