摘要
该文运用文献资料法、实地观察法、访谈法等方法,对大学生群体久坐的现象及危害,以“知信行”模式理论结合构建主义学习理论所倡导的自主学习和情景设计,对体育专业学科知识进行整合,从知识为基础、信念为动力、行为为结果3个方面,提出预防久坐的理论策略构建。并构建出学习久坐知识,巩固理论基础;快乐建立兴趣,知识提升信念;做出实际行动,改善久坐行为的3种策略及对应构建图。
This paper uses literature,field observation,interview and other methods to analyze the phenomenon and harm of sedentary behavior among college students,integrates PE professional discipline knowledge with the theory of"knowledge,attitude and practice"in combination with independent learning and scenario design advocated by the learning theory of constructivism,puts forward the construction of theoretical strategies for preventing sedentary behavior from three aspects of taking knowledge as the foundation,belief as the driving force and behavior as the result,and builds three strategies and corresponding construction diagrams of learning sedentary knowledge and consolidating theoretical foundation,building interest with happiness and enhancing belief with knowledge,and taking practical actions and improving sedentary behavior.
