基于日韩校园足球教育背景下新疆校园足球发展研究

Research on the Development of Campus Football in Xinjiang under the Background of Campus Football Education in Japan and the Republic of Korea

日韩校园足球教育与我国新疆校园足球教育在客观条件方面有较高的相似度,但结果却大相径庭,该文就日韩的校园足球教育与新疆的校园足球教育进行比较分析,以期找出新疆校园足球发展的不足。该文以新疆校园足球教育与日韩校园足球教育为研究对象,采用文献梳理法、专家访谈法、实地调研考察等研究方法,分析新疆校园足球发展的现状,通过与日韩校园足球教育进行对比分析,提出针对性的发展策略。在校园足球教育的基本要素方面,当前新疆校园足球在政府投入模式与运营思路、学校价值理念与管理体制、基础足球教员数量与质量、足球训练科技度与科学性、专业化校园足球组织与促进公众理解等方面存在不足。基于我国国情,借鉴日韩经验,新疆校园足球要“弯道超车”突破这些制约因素,必须坚持政府支持与市场投入联合运行机制,建立科学、合理及可行的教育管理体制,培育符合校园足球教育需求的教练队伍,利用科技推动校园足球训练科学化的进程。

There is a high degree of similarity in objective conditions between school football education in Japan and ROK and that in Xinjiang in China,but results are very different.This paper makes a comparative analysis of school football education in Japan and ROK and that in Xinjiang,in order to find out the shortcomings of the development of school football in Xinjiang.This paper takes school football education in Xinjiang and that in Japan and ROK as the research object,adopts literature combing,expert interview,field investigation and other research methods to analyze the development status of school football in Xinjiang,and proposes targeted development strategies through the comparative analysis with school football education in Japan and ROK.In terms of the basic elements of school football education,at present,there are some shortcomings in school football in Xinjiang in terms of the investment mode and operation ideas of the government,the value concept and management system of the school,the quantity and quality of basic football teachers,the scientific and technological degree and scientificity of football training,professional school football organizations and promotion of public understanding.Based on the constraints of China's national conditions, and learning from the experience of Japan and ROK, ifXinjiang campus football wants to "overtake on a corner" and break through these constraints, it is necessary toadhere to the joint operation system of government support and market input, establish a scientific, reasonable andfeasible education management system, cultivate a team of coaches in line with the needs of campus footballeducation, and use science and technology to promote the scientific process of campus football training.
