两段式垃圾焚烧炉漏灰问题技改分析

摘要 某生活垃圾发电厂焚烧炉采用国产两段式炉排炉,炉排漏渣采用气力输渣方式,汇入水浴式排渣机再排入渣坑,该项目一期设备由于焚烧炉底部频繁出现漏灰现象,使厂区局部粉尘偏高,影响员工工作环境。对此,经研究分析后开展一系列改造,包括对焚烧炉炉排片加装限位块、炉排下三条溜灰管设立独立输灰系统、加大灰斗下渣口、加大溜灰管内径、取消底部放灰检查门等。执行这些改造后,局部粉尘偏高得以控制,员工工作环境大幅改善。 A domestic two-stage grate furnace is used for the incinerator of a household waste power plant.The leaked slag from the grate is transported by pneumatic means,which is then discharged into a water bath slag extractor and then into a slag pit.Due to frequent ash leakage at the bottom of the incinerator,the dust in the local area of the project is relatively high,affecting the working environment of employees.After research and analysis,a series of renovations were carried out,including installing limit blocks on the incinerator grate,establishing an independent ash conveying system for the three ash pipes under the grate,increasing the slag outlet of the ash hopper,increasing the inner diameter of the ash pipe,and canceling the bottom ash discharge inspection door.After implementing these modifications,local high dust levels were controlled and the working environment of employees was significantly improved.
