工业网络是指应用于工业领域的一种综合的集成网络,涉及到计算机技术、通信技术、多媒体技术、控制技术和现场总线技术等。工业网络的目标在于实现全范围内的信息资源共享以及与外部世界的信息沟通,因此工业网络可能同时存在LAN、WAN、现场总线,并涉及不同网络互联的问题。本论文的工业网络设计过程是基于西门子设备来完成特定实例的工业网络需求的过程。我们主要使用IP规则与VLAN技术构成各个产线的局域网,高速冗余协议与环形网络满足现场的链路冗余需求,ACL技术与防火墙组建现场与外网的网络屏障,VRRP技术与动态路由实现网络的路由冗余。

Industrial network is a kind of integrated network applied in the industrial field,involving computer technology,communication technology,multimedia technology,control technology and field bus technology.The goal of industrial network is to realize the full range of information resources sharing and information communication with the outside world,so industrial network may have LAN,WAN,field bus,and involve the interconnection of different networks.The industrial network design process of this paper is based on Siemens equipment to complete the specific instance of the industrial network requirements process.We mainly use IP rules and VLAN technology to form the LAN of each production line,high-speed redundancy protocol and ring network to meet the requirements of link redundancy,ACL technology and firewall to build the network barrier between the field and the external network,VRRP technology and dynamic routing to achieve network routing redundancy.
