摘要
以福州至长乐机场城际铁路中(78.5+132+78.5)m大跨悬臂浇筑连续梁桥中的0#支架设计与安装施工为研究对象,首先阐述了0#段的结构概况和支架设计,在本支架设计中结合了施工图中的临时锚固构造,然后对支架设计进行了整体结构分析,突出介绍了Midas/Civil有限元模拟中的边界条件及连接条件处理方法。应用本支架设计,保证了0#施工的安全与质量要求,也为同类型的桥梁建设提供了重要参考。
Takes the design and installation construction of the 0#support in the(78.5+132+78.5)m long span cantilever cast continuous beam bridge of the Fuzhou Changle Airport intercity railway as the research object.Firstly,the structural overview and support design of the 0#section are elaborated.In this support design,the temporary anchoring structure in the construction drawing is combined,and then the overall structural analysis of the support design is carried out,Highlighted the boundary conditions and connection condition processing methods in Midas/Civil finite element simulation.The application of this bracket design ensures the safety and quality requirements of 0#construction,and also provides important reference for the construction of similar bridges.
