公路桥梁模数式伸缩装置型式检验设备研制及方法改进

摘要 针对模数式伸缩装置型式检测设备存在的缺点以及现行规范中未详细介绍试验方法的情况,提出了一种MA模数式公路桥梁伸缩装置型式检验设备及相应试验方法。经初步验证,该设备测量数据准确、操作安全。为精确检测MB模数式伸缩装置的水平摩阻力等参数,描述了对上述设备的改进思路与方法。进一步改进其固样夹具后,可初步验证其对于梳齿板式伸缩装置的适用性。 In view of the shortcomings of the modulus expansion joint type testing equipment and the absence of detailed test methods in the current specification,a MA modulus road bridge expansion joint type testing equipment and corresponding test methods are proposed.After preliminary verification,the equipment is accurate in measurement data and safe in operation.In order to accurately detect parameters such as the horizontal frictional resistance of the MB modular expansion device,ideas and methods for improving the above device are described.After further improvement of its solid sample fixture,its suitability for comb-plate expansion devices can be initially verified.
