虹吸式屋面雨水自动排水系统优化设计

摘要 由于现行系统在屋面雨水自动排水中应用效果不佳,不仅排水能力比较低,而且排水延迟时间比较长,无法达到预期的排水效果,为此提出虹吸式屋面雨水自动排水系统优化设计。在原有系统基础上将系统架构优化为虹吸式排水架构,由雨水斗、立管、悬吊管、出水管以及检查井五部分组成;在系统硬件方面对虹吸式雨水斗进行了选型与设计,对各个管材进行选择,确定虹吸式雨水斗安装位置以及管道的走向和安装位置;在系统软件方面根据屋面设计雨水流量对系统水力参数优化,以此完成排水系统优化设计。经实验证明,优化后排水能力有了明显的提升,并且雨水排水延迟时间也有了明显的缩短,提出优化设计方案具有良好的可行性与适用性。 Due to the current system in the application of roof rainwater automatic drainage effect is not good,not only the drainage capacity is relatively low,and the drainage delay time is relatively long,can not achieve the expected drainage effect,so the optimal design of the siphon roof rainwater automatic drainage system is proposed.On the basis of the original system,the system architecture is optimized to siphon drainage architecture,which is composed of five parts:rainwater bucket,riser,suspension pipe,outlet pipe and inspection well.In terms of system hardware,the siphon rainwater bucket is selected and designed,and each pipe is selected to determine the installation position of siphon rainwater bucket and the direction and installation position of the pipe.In the aspect of system software,the hydraulic parameters of the system are optimized according to the rainwater flow of the roof design,so as to complete the optimal design of the drainage system.The experimental results show that the drainage capacity has been significantly improved after optimization,and the delay time of rainwater drainage has also been significantly shortened.The optimized design scheme has good feasibility and applicability.
