体教融合视阈下江苏高校高水平运动队“三大球”新型人才培养路径研究

On the New Talents Training Path of Three Big Balls High-Level Sports Teams in Jiangsu Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education

高校高水平运动队“三大球”新型人才培养应走体教融合之路。文章运用调查法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对体教融合视阈下江苏高校高水平运动队“三大球”新型人才培养进行探讨。研究认为江苏省高校高水平运动队“三大球”人才培养问题包括:队伍分布不均衡,地方结合度偏低,建设模式相对单一;竞赛体系不完善,培养效能不高,培养目标有偏离;学训矛盾尚存,招生生源质量不高,专业深造有待提升。研究发现:应通过以下路径推进江苏省高校“三大球”新型人才的体教融合培养:建立协同培育机制,打造创新培育平台;构建学训保障体系,开辟复合人才渠道;创新队伍联办模式,强化人才输送力度;深化科技赋能培养,高筑项目文化厚度。

the cultivation of new talents of the high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities should take the road of integration of sports and education.By using the methods of investigation,literature and logical analysis,this paper probes into the cultivation of three new talents of high-level sports teams in Jiangsu Universities from the perspective of integration of sports and education.The research thinks that the problems of cultivating the three ball talents of the high-level sports teams in Jiangsu Universities include:the uneven distribution of the teams,the low degree of local integration,and the relatively single construction mode;The competition system is not perfect,the training efficiency is not high,and the training objectives are deviated;The contradiction between learning and training still exists,the quality of enrollment is not high,and the professional further education needs to be improved.The research found that the following paths should be taken to promote the integration of sports and education of new talents in Jiangsu Universities:establishing a collaborative cultivation mechanism and creating an innovative cultivation platform;Constructing the guarantee system of learning and training,and opening up the channels of compound talents;Innovate the team joint office mode and strengthen the talent transmission;Deepen the cultivation of scientific and technological empowerment,and build the cultural thickness of the project.
