摘要
农业硕士专业学位研究生培养教育中课程思政是必不可少的一部分,但因其专业的特殊性及教育的复杂性,使得课程思政在该专业研究生培养体系中较难发挥实际效用。研究表明:该专业研究生培养中的课程思政教育尚存价值引领不足、专业教学与思政教育难契合、教师观念固化与角色转变不及时、评价监督体系不完善的问题,致使思政教育在教学实践中难以深入践行。针对以上问题,应贯彻“一主导五方位”课程思政教育建设方案,创立同频共振的专业课程思政方针,明确专业教师对课程思政的角色认同,构建不同主体的多层次的评价体系,以抓实课程思政的显性影响,增强其隐性影响,强化核心价值观教育的引领作用。
Teaching the course from the ideological and political perspective is an essential part of the postgraduate training education.However,because of the particularity of its major and the complexity of education,it is difficult for ideological and political teaching to play a practical role in the postgraduate training system of this major.The research shows that the ideological and political education in the graduate training of this major still has some problems,such as insufficient value guidance,difficult fit between professional teaching and ideological and political education,untimely teacher concept solidification and role change,and imperfect evaluation and supervision system,which make it difficult to practice ideological and political education in teaching practice.Aiming at the above problems,we should carry out a special construction plan,create professional curriculum ideological policies,clarify professional teachers’role identity,build different multi-level evaluation system,so as to grasp the dominant influence of ideological and political,enhance its recessive influence,and strengthen the leading role of core values education.
