从1例投诉探讨入出境人员ABO血型检测标准化

Discussion on Standardization of ABO Blood Group Testing for Entry-exit Personnel from one Complaint

目的通过对1例新西兰籍华人ABO血型检测结果投诉的案例分析,探讨ABO血型检测结果的影响因素及入出境人员ABO血型检测方法的标准化。方法接到投诉后,实验室对留样进行正反定型再测,并重新采血后送某三甲医院进行正定型玻片法和正反定型微柱凝胶法检测。结果通过复测确定此例ABO血型检测结果为A型,此次投诉为无效投诉。结论对有异议的ABO血型检测结果应同时采用另一种检测方法复检,并充分考虑检测试剂、被检人种族、疾病史等影响因素,规范入出境人员ABO血型检测复检流程,达到入出境人员ABO血型检测的标准化。

Objective Through the case analysis of a complaint about ABO blood group test result of a Chinese New Zealand citizen,the influencing factors of ABO blood group test result and the standardization of ABO blood group test method for entry-exit personnel were discussed.Methods After receiving the complaint,the laboratory retested the positive and negative stereotypes slide method and positive and negative stereotypes micro column gel method.Results The ABO blood group test result of this case was confirmed to be type A,and this complaint was invalid.Conclusion ABO blood group test results with objections should be retested by another test method at the same time,and factors such as test reagents,race of the tested person and disease history should be fully taken into account,so as to standardize the ABO blood group test retest process for entry-exit personnel and achieve standardization of ABO blood group test for entry-exit personnel.
