Theoretical Development and Practical Innovation of the United Front Work Relating to the Private Economy in the New Era

中共十八大以来,党进一步推动民营经济统战理论的创造性发展,深化“两个毫不动摇”和“两个健康”,其中“自己人”统战认识和“信任”统战方针的提出,充分展现了党和国家坚持基本经济制度、以深化市场改革推动经济高质量发展的决心。在实践探索中,党逐步形成了民营经济统战工作的五个部分:制定具体政策推动民营经济发展,从根本上获得民营经济人士对中国特色社会主义制度和道路的认可;通过拓宽参政议政渠道吸纳社会影响力较大的民营经济代表人士;通过民营企业党组织建设实现党在民营经济领域的有效领导和整合;通过民营经济人士思想政治教育引导企业家思想和价值取向;通过构建新型政商关系实现政商之间健康良性互动。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party has further promoted the creative development of the united front theory relating to the private economy,deepened the commitment to consolidating and developing the public sector of the economy,and to encouraging,supporting,and guiding the non-public sector of the economy and the healthy development of the non-public sector and those working in it,and put forward the united front awareness of"one of us"and united front policy of"trust",which fully demonstrates the determination of the Party and the state to adhere to the basic economic system and promote high-quality economic development by deepening market reforms.In practice,five parts of the united front work relating to the private economy has gradually formed:formulating specific policies to promote the development of the private economy,so as to fundamentally obtain the recognition of the socialist system and road with Chinese characteristics from the private entrepreneurs;attracting representatives of the private economy with greater social influence through broadening the channels of participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs;achieving effective leadership and integration of the Party in the field of private economy through the construction of Party organizations in private enterprises;guiding entrepreneurs'thinking and value orientation through ideological and political education;and achieving healthy and benign interaction between government and business through cultivating a new relationship between them.
