“双循环”格局下枢纽经济发展研究——以成都市青白江区为例

The Development of Hub Economy under the"Dual-Circulation":Taking Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu as an Example

发展枢纽经济是西部内陆城市构建“双循环”新发展格局的迫切需要。虽然青白江区枢纽经济发展取得了一定成绩,但还面临着物流整合核心能力弱、国际物流市场竞争激烈、枢纽功能布局不成熟、腹地辐射力能级不强、港产城融合尚待起步等难题。青白江区推动枢纽经济高质量发展,需要从提升港口服务能力、强化现代物流服务功能、深化中欧班列价值挖掘、培育壮大临港主导产业、推进协同与开放合作、加快港产城融合发展等方面着力。

Developing hub economy is the urgent need of the western inland cities to build a new development pattern of"dual-circulation".Although Qingbaijiang District has made some achievements in the development of hub economy,it still faces problems such as weak core capacity of logistics integration,fierce competition in the international logistics market,immature hub function layout,weak radiation effect of the hinterland areas and the integration of port,industry and city still to start.To promote the high-quality development of the hub economy in Qingbaijiang District,efforts need to be made to improve the port service capacity,enhance the modern logistics service,tap more potentials of the China-EU trains,cultivate and expand the leading port industries,promote open cooperation and accelerate the integrated development of port,industry and city.
