智能取餐自动结算系统设计与实现

摘要 当前,各大食堂内大多是传统的排队就餐,食堂工作者将用户选择的食物装盘,结算方式虽然采用现阶段广泛应用的RFID射频技术,但仍然需要人工干预,比如由人工按键设置金额,再结算扣费。文章设计的系统省去人工设置金额环节,简化了结算方式,给出了系统工作流程和设计方案。系统设计采用模块化设计方法,由单片机联接称重模块、RFID射频读写模块和液晶显示屏来模拟整个取餐结算的过程:用户自助取餐,将餐盘放置在称重台上,再直接刷IC卡扣费结算。称重取餐结算稳定、快速、准确,过程仅需用户自助,有利于食堂完善结算体系,降低运营成本。系统在结算应用中存在一定推广价值。 At present,most of the major canteens are traditional queues to eat,canteen workers will choose the food selected by the user to plate,although the settlement method adopts the RFID radio frequency technology widely used at this stage,but still requires manual intervention,such as manually pressing the key to set the amount and then settle the deduction.The system designed in this article eliminates the manual setting of the amount,simplifies the settlement method,and gives the system workflow and design scheme.The system design adopts a modular design method,and the single-chip microcomputer is connected to the weigh module,RFID RF reading and writing module and LCD display screen to simulate the entire process of food pick-up and settlement:the user picks up the food by himself,places the dinner plate on the weighing table,and then directly swipes the IC card to deduct the settlement.The weighing and picking settlement is stable,fast and accurate,and the process only requires users to self-help,which is conducive to the canteen to improve the settlement system and reduce operating costs.The system has certain promotion value in the settlement application.
