江苏省三级医院临床护士循证护理能力现状及影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的调查江苏省三级医院临床护士循证护理能力的现状并分析其影响因素。方法于2022年1-2月采用分层抽样法抽取江苏省13个地区23所三级医院的1490名医院护士作为研究对象。应用一般资料调查问卷、循证护理能力评定量表和循证实践障碍量表进行调查,采用多重线性回归进行影响因素分析。结果共收回有效问卷1368份,问卷有效回收率91.8%。1368名临床护士的循证实践能力总分为(45.00±22.24)分,循证实践障碍量表总分为(75.55±24.64)分。多重线性回归分析显示,科研经历、参加循证培训、开展循证研究、检索文献习惯、科研研究报道的质量以及开展循证护理的资源条件是影响临床护士循证护理能力的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论护士循证护理能力水平欠佳,有待进一步提升。建议医院管理者根据临床护士循证护理能力的关键因素培养重点对象,组织系统的循证护理培训并提供相关资源保障,加强其开展循证实践的能力,最终推动专科护理水平和卫生健康事业的发展。 Objective To investigate the status of evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From January to February 2022,stratified sampling method was used to select 23 tertiary hospitals in 13 regions of Jiangsu province,and the selected hospital nurses were investigated.A total of 1490 clinical nurses were selected as the research objects.The investigation was conducted with general data questionnaire,Evidence-Based Nursing Ability Rating Scale,and Evidence-Based Practice Barrier Scale,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results A total of 1368 questionnaires were qualified with effective recovery rate of 91.8%.The total score of 1368 clinical nurses'evidence-based practice ability was(45.00±22.24)points,and the total score of Evidence-Based Practice Disorder Scale was(75.55±24.64)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that scientific research experience,participating in evidence-based training,carrying out evidence-based research,habit of literature retrieval,quality of research reports,and resource conditions of carrying out evidence-based nursing were the key factors affecting clinical nurses'evidence-based nursing ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of evidence-based nursing ability of nurses is not good and needs to be further improved.It is suggested that hospital managers train key objects according to the key factors of clinical nurses'evidence-based nursing ability,organize systematic evidence-based nursing training and provide relevant resources to ensure that they have the ability to carry out evidence-based practice,and ultimately promote the development of specialized nursing level and health cause.
