基于“阴阳自和”探讨自噬在生精细胞辐射损伤中的作用

摘要 在电离辐射的影响下,生精细胞中会产生大量受损的大分子物质,诱导细胞凋亡,进而导致生精功能障碍。自噬是真核细胞溶酶体清除细胞受损成分,并为细胞提供营养与能量,维持细胞功能和内环境稳态的过程。这一过程蕴含了中医“阴阳自和”的理论内涵。生精功能的发挥有赖于阴阳平衡,辐射致生精功能的损伤是阴阳失和的体现,而自噬在参与调控细胞生命进程中的作用,与阴阳自和维持阴平阳秘的中医平衡观相一致。从“阴阳自和”角度探讨自噬在电离辐射致生精功能损伤过程中的作用,拟为防治电离辐射生精功能损伤提供一些新思路。 Under the influence of ionizing radiation,a large amount of damaged organelles and macromolecular substances would be produced in spermatogenic cells,which induce apoptosis and lead to spermatogenic dysfunction.Autophagy is the biological process of eukaryotic cells using lysosomes to degrade their damaged substances and provide energy to the cell in order to maintain normal cellular functions and homeostasis.This process contains the theoretical connotation of"harmony between Yin-Yang".The function of spermatogenesis depends on the balance of Yin and Yang.Radiation induced spermatogenic function damage is the embodiment of the disharmony between Yin and Yang.However,the process of autophagy is consistent with the traditional Chinese concept of balance between Yin and Yang.This article discussed the role of autophagy in ionizing radiation-induced spermatogenesis from the perspective of"harmony between Yin-Yang".We hope to provide new ideas for control ionizing radiation-induced spermatogenic dysfunction.
