摘要 针对阀门填料选型计算缺乏依据、填料装配依靠工人经验的问题,通过对填料密封理论进行研究,分析了填料预紧力、填料高度、介质温度对阀杆填料密封性能的影响,设计了一种部分回转阀门填料密封试验装置,能模拟不同介质、不同温度以及阀杆部分回转等真实工况,可准确加载不同的填料预紧力,精确测量阀杆的摩擦力矩,进行填料逸散性检测,并评估阀杆填料密封性能。利用该装置针对柔性石墨填料进行了初步试验研究,实现了径向比压系数R的间接测量,得出轴向预紧力适宜区间为12~20 MPa,验证了装置具有较强的先进性。 For the problems of lack of basis for the type selection and calculation of valve packing and the fact that the assembly of packing relies on workers’experience,through the study of packing seal theory,the influence of packing compression force,packing height,and medium temperature on the sealing performance of valve stem packing was analyzed,a part-turn valve packing seal test device was designed,which can simulate the real working conditions such as medium,temperature and rotation of the valve stem,can accurately load different packing compression force and measure the friction torque of the valve stem,test the packing for fugitive emissions,and evaluate the seal performance of the valve stem packing.The preliminary test of the flexible graphite packing was carried out with this device,the radial specific pressure coefficient R was measured indirectly,and the suitable range 12~20 MPa of the packing compression force was obtained,which can verify the advanced nature of the device.
