摘要
因在压缩机性能测试过程中直接测量得到的各项参数及其不确定度均会对最终结果产生不同程度的影响,为了找到影响结果的主要因素并合理改善这种情况,本文依据GB/T 5773-2016对某涡旋式压缩机进行了性能测试,并基于GUM法对测量结果进行了不确定度分析和敏感度分析。结果表明:压缩机的制冷量测试结果为108.26 kW,合成标准不确定度为0.58 kW,扩展不确定度的相对值为1.07%;对测量结果不确定度产生最大影响的因素是温度仪器的精度,精度提高1倍,可使测量结果的不确定度降低21.15%。
In the process of compressor performance test,due to the existence of measurement error,both the directly measured parameters and their uncertainty will have varying degrees of impact on the final results.In order to find the main factors that affect the results and improve such condition,according to GB/T 5773-2016,the performance of a R410A scroll compressor was tested.The uncertainty and sensitivity of the measurement results were analyzed based on GUM method.The results show that the cooling capacity of the compressor is 108.26 kW,the combined standard uncertainty is 0.58 kW,and the relative expanded uncertainty is 1.07%.The most influential factor of the uncertainty is the accuracy of the temperature measuring instrument.When the accuracy is increased by 1 times,the uncertainty of measurement result can be reduced by 21.15%.
