野生与栽培龙胆环烯醚萜类成分含量比较研究

Comparison of the Content of Iridoids in Cultivated and Wild Longdan(Gentianae Radix Et Rhizoma)

目的比较东北三省产野生与栽培龙胆中环烯醚萜类成分含量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法对不同产区22批次龙胆样品中环烯醚萜类成分含量进行测定,以独立样本t检验,辅以聚类分析和主成分分析统计方法进行评价。结果22个产地龙胆样品含量均达到2020版《中华人民共和国药典》规定标准,且野生品中总环烯醚萜含量高于栽培品。主成分分析结果显示,龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苦苷、马钱苷酸贡献率较大,是影响龙胆质量的主要成分;野生品综合得分高于栽培品。独立样本t检验表明,野生品与栽培品在成分含量比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);聚类分析未能将野生与栽培品分开。结论龙胆野生品较栽培品环烯醚萜类成分含量高,品质佳。相近含量的野生与栽培样品多距离较近,混杂聚为不同类别,聚类分析难以将其区分开。

Objective Compare the content of iridoids in wild and cultivated products of Longdan(Gentianae Radix Et Rhizoma)produced in the three northeast provinces.Methods The content of iridoids in 22 batches of Longdan(Gentianae Radix Et Rhizoma)samples from different producing areas was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the independent sample t test was used for evaluation with cluster analysis and principal component analysis statistical methods.Results The content of gentian samples from 22 origins all reached the standard specified in the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,and the total iridoid content in wild products was higher than that in cultivated products.The results of principal component analysis showed that gentiopicroside,swertia picroside and loganic acid contributed a lot,and they were the main components affecting the quality of gentian;the comprehensive score of wild products was higher than that of cultivated products.Independent sample t-test showed that there was no significant difference in composition content between wild and cultivated products(P<0.05);cluster analysis failed to separate wild and cultivated products.Conclusion Wild Longdan(Gentianae Radix Et Rhizoma)has higher content and better quality of iridoids than cultivated products.The wild and cultivated samples with similar content are often close together,and they are mixed into different categories,and it is difficult to distinguish them by cluster analysis.
