茉莉叶化学成分、药理作用及应用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents,Pharmacological Effects and Application of Jasmine Leaves

茉莉花是世界闻名的芳香植物,是广西区域特色药材,其资源十分丰富,由此产生的农作物废弃物茉莉叶会给环境造成巨大压力和资源浪费。作者通过查阅大量文献发现,从茉莉叶中分离出三萜类、黄酮类、裂环环烯醚萜类、色素等化合物;现代药理研究表明茉莉叶具有抗菌、抗氧化、促进伤口愈合、镇痛、抑制肠道运动、保护胃黏膜、抗炎等药理活性;国内外均将茉莉叶作为民间习用药材治疗疾病,如内服治疗腹泻、感冒、脚气、崩漏等,外用治疗蜈蚣咬伤、丹毒、乳痈、蛇咬伤、骨折和关节炎,以及具有养颜功能的药膳菜肴;通过检索发现含有茉莉叶和茉莉花叶成分的产品专利有47种,分别涉及日化领域、医疗领域、畜牧种植领域及食品领域。该文从化学成分、药理作用及应用研究方面进行整理和总结,以期为茉莉叶的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。

Jasmine is a world-famous aromatic plant and a regional characteristic medicinal material in Guangxi.Its resources are very rich.The agricultural residues jasmine leaves will cause great pressure on the environment and waste of resources.Through a large number of literature review,the author found that the compounds isolated from jasmine leaves include triterpenoids,flavonoids,secoiridoids,pigments and so on;Modern pharmacological studies have shown that jasmine leaves have anti-bacterial,antioxidant,promoting wound healing,analgesia,inhibiting intestinal movement,protect gastric mucosa,antiinflammatory and other pharmacological activities;Jasmine leaves are used as folk medicine to treat diseases at home and abroad.For example,take orally to treat diarrhea,cold,beriberi,metrorrhagia,etc;External use to treat centipede bite,erysipelas,breast carbuncle,snake bite,fracture and arthritis;And medicated dishes with the function of nourishing the face.Through the search,it was found that there were 47 kinds of product patents containing jasmine leaves and jasmine flower leaves,respectively involving the fields of daily necessities and cosmetics,medical,animal husbandry and food.This paper arranges and summarizes the chemical composition,pharmacological action and application research,in order to provide reference for the in-depth research,development and utilization of jasmine leaves.
