桑叶化学成分、药理作用及应用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents,Pharmacological Effects and Applications of Sangye(Mori Folltfm)

桑叶作为广泛使用的传统中药有着悠久的历史,具有疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目之功效。通过查阅中外数据库,对近年来桑叶化学成分、药理作用及应用的相关文献进行归纳和总结,发现桑叶中含有黄酮、生物碱、多糖、甾醇、挥发油、氨基酸等化学成分,桑叶丰富的物质基础使其具有调节糖脂代谢、调节肠道功能、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎、调节免疫等广泛的药理活性,在临床用药、功能性食品开发和动物养殖的方面具有十分广泛的应用。该文从化学成分、药理作用及其应用等方面对桑叶的研究现状进行了综述,为进一步合理开发和综合利用桑叶资源提供参考。

Sangye(Mori Folltfm)has a long history as a widely used traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effect of evacuating wind and heat,clearing lung and moistening dryness,clearing liver and clearing eyes.By referring to the Chinese and foreign databases,the related literature on the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and applications of Sangye(Mori Folltfm)in recent years was summarized and summarized.It was found that Sangye(Mori Folltfm)contained flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides,sterols,volatile oils,amino acids and other chemical constituents.The abundant material basis of Sangye(Mori Folltfm)made it have a wide range of pharmacological activities such as regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,regulating intestinal function,antioxidant and anti-aging,antibacterial,antiviral,antitumor,anti-inflammatory,and regulating immunity.It has a very wide range of applications in clinical medication,functional food development and animal breeding.In this paper,the research status of Sangye(Mori Folltfm)was reviewed from the aspects of chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and applications,so as to provide reference for further rational development and comprehensive utilization of Sangye(Mori Folltfm)resources.
