维生素D及IL-13基因多态性与金黄色葡萄球菌感染性肺炎肺功能损害的关联

Relationship between vitamin D,IL-13 gene polymorphism and lung function impairment of patients with Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia

目的研究维生素D(VitD)及白细胞介素-13(IL-13)基因多态性与金黄色葡萄球菌感染性肺炎患者肺功能损害的关系。方法选取2019年8月-2021年8月河南省中医院收治的88例肺炎患者为研究对象,根据是否为金黄色葡萄球菌感染性肺炎分成研究组(n=32)和对照组(n=56)。限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)检测患者IL-13及维生素D受体(VDR)基因多态性。结果研究组IL-13+2044 G/A位点、VDR FokI C/T位点以及VDR TaqI T/C位点基因型分布与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);IL-13+2044 G/A位点等位基因G频率高于对照组,VDR FokI C/T位点等位基因C频率低于对照组,TaqI T/C位点等位基因T频率高于对照组(P<0.05);金黄色葡萄球菌感染性肺炎肺功能较差患者IL-13+2044G/A位点G等位基因频率升高,VDR FokI C/T位点C等位基因频率降低,VDR TaqI T/C位点T等位基因频率升高(P<0.05)。结论IL-13及VDR基因多态性与金黄色葡萄球菌感染性肺炎患者肺功能损害程度具有相关性。

OBJECTIVE To explore the association of Vitamin D(VitD)and interleukin-13(IL-13)gene polymorphisms with lung function impairment of patients with Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia.METHODS A total of 88 patients with pneumonia who were treated in the Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Aug 2019 to Aug 2021 were recruited as the research subjects and divided into the study group with 32 cases and the control group with 56 cases according to S.aureus pneumonia.The IL-13 and vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene polymorphisms were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction-fragment-length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).RESULTS There were significant differences in the genotypes at IL-13+2044 G/A locus,VDR FokI C/T locus and VDR TaqI T/C locus between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of allele G at IL-13+2044 G/A locus of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the frequency of allele C at VDR FokI C/T locus of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the frequency of allele T at TaqI T/C locus of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of allele G at IL-13+2044 G/A locus of the S.aureus pneumonia patients with poor lung function was increased,the frequency of allele C at VDR FokI C/T locus was decreased,and the frequency of allele T at VDR TaqI T/C locus was increased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The IL-13 and VDR gene polymorphisms are associated with the degree of lung function impairment of the patients with S.aureus pneumonia.
