中国感染控制联络护士的发展现状及启示

Current situation of development of infection control liaison nurses in China and revelations

感染控制联络护士在提高医院感染预防水平、控制医院感染质量方面发挥着重要作用。本文通过介绍感染控制联络护士的角色定位、发展历程、人员选拔、培训考评、工作职责等,提出发展我国感染控制联络护士的建议:加强专科化培训、重视岗位设置、实时追踪考评,以加强医院感染防控,减少医院感染的发生。

Infection control liaison nurses play an important role in improving the level of prevention of nosocomial infection and quality of control of nosocomial infection.The role positioning,development history,personnel selection,training and evaluation and job responsibilities of the infection control liaison nurses were introduced in the article.Suggestions were put forward for development of infection control liaison nurses in China so as to strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infection and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection:enhancement of specialized training,stress on post setting and real-time tracking and evaluation.
