不同剂量等离子体射流对金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌效果研究

Study on bactericidal effect of plasma jets with different doses on Staphylococcus aureus

目的探讨不同剂量等离子体射流对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果。方法采用等离子体消毒仪处理金黄色葡萄球菌悬液,通过细菌计数法计算不同处理时间的杀菌率。根据不同的等离子体处理时间,将36只大鼠分为1 min组、5 min组、10 min组,每组各12只。采用等离子体消毒仪处理大鼠右侧感染创面,1次/d,连续处理14次。将36只大鼠对侧自然愈合创面设为模型对照组。计算并比较各组大鼠等离子体不同处理时间的杀菌率。比较各组大鼠等离子体不同处理次数的杀菌率。记录并比较各组大鼠创面愈合情况。结果等离子体处理金黄色葡萄球菌悬液1、3、5、7、10、15 min的杀菌率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当处理次数一定时,杀菌率由高到低依次为10 min组、5 min组、1 min组,各实验组大鼠杀菌率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当处理时间一定时,各实验组大鼠中,等离子体处理1、3次的杀菌率均低于处理7次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。等离子体处理创面7次后,模型对照组、1 min组、5 min组大鼠创面愈合率均低于10 min组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);等离子体处理创面11次后,模型对照组、1 min组大鼠创面愈合率均低于5 min组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);等离子体处理创面14次后,模型对照组、1 min组、5 min组大鼠创面愈合率均低于10 min组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在一定剂量范围内,随着处理剂量增加,等离子体对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌能力逐渐提高,适量的等离子体处理创面可以有效杀死细菌,促进创面愈合。

Objective To investigate the bactericidal effect of plasma jets with different doses on staphylococcus aureus.Methods Staphylococcus aureus suspensions were treated with plasma sterilizer,and the bactericidal rate was calculated by counting bacteria at different treatment times.According to different plasma treatment time,36 rats were divided into 1 minite group,5 minites group and 10 minites group,with 12 rats in each group.The infected wounds on the right side of rats were treated with plasma disinfection instrument once a day for 14 consecutive times.Thirty-six rats with natural wound healing on opposite side were used as model control group.The bactericidal rate of plasma in each group was calculated and compared.The bactericidal rate of plasma treatment times was compared in each group.The wound healing of each group was recorded and compared.Results The bactericidal rates of plasma treated Staphylococcus aureus suspensions for 1,3,5,7,10,15 minites were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When treated for a certain number of times,the bactericidal rate was successively ranked as 10 minites group,5 minites group and 1 minite group from the highest to the lowest,and the difference of bactericidal rate among all groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the treatment time is fixed,the rats in each experimental group,the bactericidal rate of plasma treatment 1 and 3 times was lower than that of plasma treatment 7 times,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After plasma treatment for 7 times,the wound healing rate of rats in model control group,1 minite group and 5 minites group was lower than that in 10 minites group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After plasma treatment for 11 times,the wound healing rate of rats in model control group and 1 minite group was lower than that in 5 minites group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After plasma treatment for 14 times,the wound healing rate of rats in model control group,1 minite group and 5 minites group was lower than that in 10 minites group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Within a certain dose range,the bactericidal ability of plasma against Staphylococcus aureus was gradually improved with the increase of treatment dose,and proper amount of plasma treatment on the wound could effectively kill bacteria and promote wound healing.
