摘要
采用田间人工接种鉴定方法,对50份玉米杂交种进行抗性鉴定。结果表明:玉米杂交种接种病原菌后,均有不同程度的茎腐病发生;表现高抗、抗、中抗、感、高感的杂交种分别为9份、11份、6份、11份、13份,占比分别为18%、22%、12%、22%、26%;抗性水平较好的杂交种共有26份,占比52%。
Using field artificial inoculation identification method,resistance identification to stalk rot of 50 maize hybrids was conducted.The results showed that after inoculation with pathogenic bacteria,maize hybrids all experienced varying degrees of stalk rot;the hybrid varieties with high resistance,resistance,medium resistance,sensitivity,and high sensitivity were 9,11,6,11,and 13,accounting for 18%,22%,12%,22%,and 26%,respectively;there were 26 hybrid varieties with good resistance levels,accounting for 52%.
