摘要
为研究无核白葡萄在不同栽培基质与光照条件下的光合特性,以三年生无核白葡萄为材料,测定了不同栽培基质和光照条件下的叶片光合指标和叶绿素含量。结果表明:在遮光条件下,生长前期配方土栽培的无核白葡萄表现出较高的光合特性;生长后期配方土栽培的无核白葡萄净光合速率大致高于园土;配方土栽培的无核白葡萄总叶绿素含量在生长后期呈逐渐下降的趋势,配方土不利于无核白葡萄生长后期光合产物的累积。在相同的配方土栽培条件下,遮光处理导致无核白葡萄植物光合作用下降,不利于无核白葡萄光合产物的累积。引种栽培无核白葡萄需选用合适的栽培基质,保持充足的光照,生长后期需注意延长叶片功能期。
In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Thompson seedless grape under different cultivation substrates and light conditions,the photosynthetic indexes and chlorophyll contents of leaves of three-yearold Thompson seedless grape were determined under different cultivation substrates and light conditions.The results showed that,under the condition of shading,the Thompson seedless grape cultivated in formula soil in the early growth stage showed higher photosynthetic characteristics;the net photosynthetic rate of Thompson seedless grape cultivated in formula soil stage was roughly higher than that in garden soil.The total chlorophyll content in Thompson seedless grape cultivated in formula soil gradually decreased in the late growth stage.Formula soil was not conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products in Thompson seedless grape in late growth stage.Under the same soil conditions of formula soil,shading resulted in decreasing photosynthesis of Thompson seedless grape,which was not conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products in Thompson seedless grape.The Thompson seedless grape should be introduced and cultivated with appropriate cultivation medium,keep sufficient light,and pay attention to prolong the leaf function period in the later growth stage.
